it's ON

Why would anyone feel the need to live-blog a blogging conference? Because I can...

Stay tuned for more updates throughout the day, or not.

sweet blog. i like that you take advantage of different mediums to transmit your msg.

Does that message actually include the truth? On Ambra Nykol's blog, you opine "I'd agree with you that the transgendered blogger's opinion in regards to abortion should not be valued anymore than any male as neither will ever be faced with that decision." I know my memory is a bit iffy, but I'm sure I said nothing about abortion. Nor have I ever written on the subject. Still, you were liveblogging, so I'm sure you'll pont me to the evidence that will prove me wrong. In whatever medium you see fit.

Koan, my response on Ambra's blog was not in regards to you, but instead in regards to Ambra's comment about your presence at the event, " I'm going to quote Jennifer Anniston aka "Rachel Green" from one of the 6-episodes of "Friends" I watched in my "backslidden days of predominately white prep schools, 'No uterus, no opinion.'" The phrase "no uterus, no opinion," was strictly used in the context of abortion. Obviously Rachel did not feel that men's opinions were moot, merely that when it comes to abortion the issue does not directly affect me in the same way that it does not directly affect you. I hope this clarifies the issue a bit.

Hi Josh - I think you know, by now, that I understand what you were trying to achieve with your comment on Ambra's post, and that you did not mean to cause me any pain with that comment. I applaud your efforts.
